LaunchPad Marketing is looking for an Email & SMS Marketing specialist who lives inside GHL. **Responsibilities:** - Build and manage email and SMS campaigns for 50+ clients - Create automated nurture sequences and broadcast campaigns - Write and optimize email copy for open rates and conversions - A/B test subject lines, send times, and content - Report on campaign performance and make data-driven improvements **Requirements:** - 2+ years email marketing experience - Strong GHL email and SMS builder knowledge - Copywriting skills with proven results - Understanding of deliverability best practices - Experience with list segmentation and smart lists
